How it Works

To book an appointment call 07956 154349 or email me through the contact form. I will contact you to arrange a convenient time for an initial FREE 20-minute telephone call. I will talk you through the counselling process and use a questionnaire sheet to gain insight into the issues you are facing. It is also a great opportunity for you to ask me any questions or raise any concerns. If you want to proceed and I feel I can help you, we can book your first therapy session. If I feel unable to help, I will signpost you to an appropriate professional. I offer short to medium and long-term counselling. I normally recommend starting with 6 to 10 sessions initially usually on the same day and time every week.

First Session

Your first session is the beginning of our work together, so I continue to assess information gathering to get an overall bigger picture. We work at your own pace and build a partnership of trust as well as identifying any therapeutic goals.

Online Counselling Sessions

Online sessions are a highly effective and convenient way of undergoing counselling from the comfort of your own home. Sessions are usually at the same time and day every week which guarantees my availability to you. At the end of every appointment, we confirm the following session, and I email you the link to our online therapy room.

Session Information

Length: £65.00 for 50 minutes. Some concessionary fees available.

Payment: Please pay in advance of your session weekly via a payment link emailed to you.

Cancellation: Please allow 48-hours’ notice to cancel booked sessions or if you can't attend you are charged the standard fee.

Hours of Availability: Daytime anytime and weekday evenings.
